The “Cal-Tex Riders,” an organization
of retired law enforcement officers paraded through Coeur d’Alene and up Sherman Avenue Thursday morning. The 100+ motorcycles began their procession from the Coeur d'Alene Inn where the group is holding a convention and escorted by the Coeur d'Alene police motorcycle patrol. Doreen Mack, director of sales, hitched a ride with one of the cyclists.
