The walls come tumblin' down ...

In between the historic Kootenai County Courthouse and the Justice Building and adjacent to the Ronald D. Rankin Veterans Memorial Plaza stands the Worley Building. Built in the 1920s, it was the shop for the Worley Highway District in the early years but has been the county maintenance shop for decades. Condemned last year, this weekend the building was demolished ... brick by brick. When it will be replaced and with what has not been determined. See more photos here.
