Tammy Roberts is the Executive Director of the Kootenai Alliance for Children and Families, but last Saturday she made like a NASCAR driver in the Project Filter stock car. The car, with regular driver Tyler Bailey, made a special appearance at Cabela's before taking to the track at Stateline Speedway. Project Filter promotes a tobacco-free program for youth.
