On Monday evening I had the pleasure of speaking at the Coeur d'Alene High School Mother/Daughter Tea for the senior girls. Erica Latorre, a sophomore member of Student Council, was an organizer for the event and a great hostess. Brought back memories of when my daughters where teenagers. :)

CHS Tea Party

Just would like to let you know how much I enjoy, and look forward to your column every week. I don't know if you remember me or not,but I was your Dads' nurse, for many years, at Dr. Patakys' office. I could always expect to get a ration of grief,(for want a better word) from him when I'd get his weight(he always wanted me to deduct 50 lbs)and do his blood pressure.He never offered me enough money, so it was,what it was. There are just some people that you don't forget and he was one of them. Just wanted you to know. ;) Mary J. Hahn
