    LCDC I am a big believer in the Power of Urban Renewal Districts. However its seems to me that if the LCDC has to hold a meeting where people can come forward and ask for funding, there urban renewal purpose is over and they should fold up shop until a new project is identified. URD's where designed for specific projects not an unending finnancial stream.
