Sometimes the news on Main Street is not good news. A drive-by shooting in the early morning hours in Coeur d'Alene has killed a 21-year-old college student. The crime occurred just after 2 a.m. near 3rd St. and Indiana Ave. Sgt. Christie Wood of the Coeur d'Alene Police Department is asking the public's help in identifying the suspect. UPDATE: before noon the Post Falls Police Swat team assisted Coeur d’Alene Police with the apprehension of Juan C. Aldana Villanueva, 22 years of age of Post Falls. Villanueva was arrested at his place of employment Rancho Viejo at 2526 E. Seltice Way.
