COEUR D'ALENE'S ANNUAL LEAF FEST began November 9 in the area south of Sherman Avenue for residents within the city limits of Coeur d'Alene. Completion is anticipated by November 25. Citizens rake leaves & pine needles onto the streets a foot away from the curb line or asphalt edge for city crews to pick up. On Thursday 11/12 the were north of Sherman Ave. at 11th and Lakeside, filling up dump trucks with fallen leaves.
