Omelette in a Bag
This is a great camping trick or even for a big, busy family breakfast at home. Boil water in a large pot. Use a ziplock freezer bag and crack two eggs into it. Add about 1/4 cup milk then "scramble" by squishing the bag between your fingers. Then add whatever you like into the bag ... diced onion or tomato, shredded cheese, cubed ham or crumbled bacon. Seal the bag, write your name on it with a Sharpie (if you're going to have multiple bags in the pot), drop into the boiling water for about 10 minutes. Open bag and slide onto the plate. Voila` ... an omelette!
