Into the wee hours of Tuesday morning Mother Nature put on quite a show with sky-to-ground lightning strikes and a background soundtrack of booming thunder. Denise Durflinger captured this strike from her house on Poleline and Cecil in Post Falls. The photograph below was taken by Phil Corless in Coeur d'Alene.
