Madison Leonard, Idaho's Jr. Miss and a recent graduate of Coeur d'Alene High School, took top honors in Mobile, Alabama on Saturday. Madison was named America's Jr. Miss, a title once held by newscaster, Diane Sawyer. I've been involved with the Jr. Miss Program since 1988 and to the best of my recollection, Madison is the first Idaho representative to earn the national title.
