Early Sunday morning firefighter recruits for Kootenai Fire and Rescue participated in a practice burn of the old Jack Hatch Realty office building on Ross Point Road, just off of Seltice Way. My friend, Carl Riegert is one of the 17 recruits and snapped this photo. He said the building was lit on fire at 5:15 a.m. and was "on the ground" by 7 a.m.
