Even though Fairchild Air Force Base is just across the border in Spokane, I'd never attended a change of command ceremony before Tuesday. Taking place every two years, the ceremony was filled with military tradition and incredible visuals. Fairchild is home to the 92nd Air Refueling Wing and nearly 5,000 people ... active duty military and civilians, work on the base. Attending along with me were Post Falls Chamber board members Randy Oaks, Andrea Fulks, Craig Wilcox and Chamber president Pam Houser.

Change of Command
