The dedication of the Coeur d'Alene Tribe Veterans Memorial took place on May 29. Idaho Governor Butch Otter and US Senator Mike Crapo along with Tribal Chairman Chief Allen and Vice-Chair Ernie Stensgar paid tribute to the veterans of the tribe. Although it was cold and blustery, the warmth of the tribe's hospitality and the pride of a people for our heroes made for a great day.
